We offer certain loan products designed specifically for real estate investors. These loan products are only for non-owner-occupied properties.

DSCR Loans

Purchase or refinance mortgages where the qualifying income is solely based on the rental income from the subject property

- Cannot be a first-time homebuyer, but does not require previous investor experience
- Title can be held in personal name, LLC, or corporation

NOO Fix and Flip

Get funds needed to renovate or purchase and renovate a distressed property. Property can be either refinanced and held as a rental or sold upon completion of the renovations.

- Borrower must have rental/flip history
- Up to 90% LTV
- Up to 18-month term

NOO Ground-Up Construction

Designed for builders to access funds to build new properties on undeveloped lots

- Must have new construction experience
- Projects must be on investor-owned lots
- Up to 85% LTC
- Up to 24-month term

NOO Investor Bridge Loans

Refinance completed projects or access equity in your existing portfolio to purchase investments in cash

- Up to 12-month terms
- LTAIV up to 80%
